Darryl Strawberry was a vital member of the 1986 New York Mets championship team. Strawberry won the National League Rookie of the Year Award in 1983 by batting .257, smacking 26 home runs and driving in 74 runs. Over the course of his 17-year career he crushed 335 home runs, drove in 1,000 runs, was selected to an amazing eight straight All-Star Games and, in 1988, he led the National League in home runs with 39. Strawberry resurrected his career in 1996 when he came over to the New York Yankees. He won three World Championships with the Yankees in 1996, 1998 and 1999. The legendary Darryl Strawberry has hand signed this 8x10 color photograph of him getting congratulated by his Yankees teammates as he walks back to the dugout after his home run in the third inning of Game Five of the American League Championship Series against the Baltimore Orioles at Camden Yards on October 13, 1996.
